The population size of Bath was recently stated to be 84,100.

This is not the page focus however as we are displaying common bathroom design sizes for remodeling and home building purposes.

Common Bathroom Sizing Requirements:
A 2 fixture bathroom design requires a least a size of 5' x 4'.
A 3 fixture bathroom requires a least a size of 5' x 7'.

Bathroom Fixture Requirements and Distances:

Have at least 12" from the toilets center to the end of your tub unit.

Have at least 15" from the toilets center to the side of your tub or shower stall unit.
Bath's should have at least 15" from the toilets center to a wall.
Have at least 15" from the toilets center to the center of an adjacent lavatory.
Have at least 15" from the center of the bath's sink to an adjacent wall.
Have at least 15" from the center of your bathroom sink to an shower stall.
