2 - I DON'T NEED A DESIGNER. That looks good doesn't it? If not... we will just buy another kitchen. :-) Changing a design later... Not a good idea... Before you start... On paper. See your kitchen options.
3 - I WANT IT CAUSE THEY HAVE IT. A large island may not work in a smaller area, make sure your layout fits your home. Do not do it cause it is popular.
4 - I DON'T NEED IT. I don't need a microwave... 2 years later decided to sell home ... people loved gorgeous kitchen- yet- No microwave!
5. LOOKS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN FUNCTION.
